01About these terms
These terms govern your purchase and use of the themes, subscriptions and services sold on wordpressthemes.site (“we”, “us”, “our”). By buying or downloading a product you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t buy or use our products.
02Who you are buying from
Our order process is run by our online reseller Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and payment-related customer service. Your payment is also subject to Dodo Payments’s own terms, and the charge on your statement may show Dodo Payments.
03Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, tax may be added at checkout. The current plans are:
- Single theme: $59, one-time. One theme for one website, 1 year of automatic updates and 6 months of support.
- All-Access: $19 a month or $149 a year, billed until you cancel. All themes and new releases, unlimited websites, and updates and priority support while subscribed.
- Lifetime: $399, one-time. All current and future themes, unlimited websites, lifetime updates, 12 months of priority support and free installation for 1 site.
- Add-on services (installation, brand customization, speed optimization, content migration, extended and priority support): one-time fees as shown on the pricing page.
04Delivery
All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped. Right after payment you receive a download link and license key by email. For add-on services we contact you by email to arrange access to your site, and we do the work remotely.
05Your license
Each purchase comes with a license key that unlocks downloads, automatic updates and support for the plan you bought, on the number of websites that plan covers. Theme code that extends WordPress is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. Our name, logo, demo images and design files are licensed for use on your licensed websites only.
- Don’t share, sell or publish your license key.
- Don’t resell or redistribute our themes as your own product or theme package, except as the GPL allows for the code itself.
- Don’t use our products for anything illegal or to infringe anyone else’s rights.
06Subscriptions and renewals
All-Access renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at $19 a month or $149 a year, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Sites you’ve built keep working after you cancel. You just stop receiving updates, new themes and support.
07Refunds
Every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The full rules are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy at wordpressthemes.site/refunds.
08Support
Support covers questions about installing, setting up and using our themes. Custom development, and problems caused by third-party plugins, hosting or custom code, aren’t included, though our paid services can help with many of these.
09Warranty and liability
We test our themes with current WordPress releases and fix bugs we find, but our products are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes don’t affect orders placed before that date.
