02What we collect
- Order and account details: your name, email address, country, the products you buy and your license keys.
- Payment details: collected and processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card number.
- Support requests: what you send us, including your website address if you share it.
- License activation: the domain of each site where you activate a license key, so we can match it to your plan and deliver updates.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
03How we use it
We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime from the link in each email.
- To deliver your downloads and license keys and to process orders, renewals and refunds.
- To provide updates and answer support requests.
- To send service emails, such as receipts, renewal reminders and important product notices.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
04Legal bases

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep license and support records while your license is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email support@wordpressthemes.site and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
